Bookings

A request submitted through the site is not a confirmed booking until our staff explicitly confirm it by email. We may decline a request if no places are available.

Prices are shown per night and per unit. Payment is generally made on site; the website does not charge a card when you send a request.

Cancellations & no-shows

Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change dates. Cancellation conditions and any fees are agreed when your booking is confirmed.

Guest registration & documents

On arrival every guest must present a valid passport or ID card for the legally required registration of the stay. We cannot register a stay without a valid document.

Camp rules, pools & liability

Guests must follow the camp rules and staff instructions. Use of the pools and other facilities is at your own risk; children must be supervised by adults. We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings except to the extent required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the competent court in Niš has jurisdiction over any disputes.
