What we collect
Booking data: name, email, phone, stay dates, unit type and quantity, number of guests, and any message you send.
Guest and identification data: each guest’s full name, nationality, passport or ID number and its date of issue, plus arrival details (border crossing, date of entry and planned departure).
Technical data: basic access data processed by our provider (Cloudflare) for site security and availability.
Purposes and legal basis
Handling your booking and communicating with you — to perform the accommodation contract.
Registering guests with the authorities (the eTurista / Ministry of Interior system) — to meet the legal obligation on accommodation providers in Serbia. For this reason providing a passport/ID number is required to stay.
Site security and abuse prevention — based on our legitimate interest.
Security and retention
Passport/ID numbers are stored encrypted and accessible only to authorised staff for guest registration. We never display the full document number in the interface.
We keep data as long as needed to fulfil the booking and as required by tax and hospitality rules, and identification data for as long as guest-registration law requires, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Who we share with
With competent state authorities where the law requires (guest registration). With service providers that run the site and send our email, strictly on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing, and to object and to data portability. Send requests to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (or your local supervisory authority).
